Japan quality sandos here in the states 🍰

Chef Makoto Ogasawara came from Japan in 2000 and founded TRES in 2014 spreading the popularity of Japanese-styled sandwiches in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

・Bread is made in house
・Ingredients are fresh with no preservatives
(just like in Japan!!)
・Only sandos made same day are sold
・40+ flavors

They often sell out so come early and grab a box to share with friends :)

Birthday playdate at Bellevue botanical garden 🎂.

I’d been wanting to try the minis from Tres Sandwich House and I finally found the perfect excuse to order away. My kid turned 2 and we saw her best friend (they’re 2 weeks apart 🥺) for a playdate at @bellevuebotanical. We Iet them explore and when they were ready for lunch, we grabbed drinks from @ckcbellevue and sat down outside the café. I brought cupcakes for a festive feeling.

Here’s what we had:

🥪 Miso katsu (breaded pork cutlet)
🥪 Vietnamese (spam, egg, pickled veggies)

🥪 Baked apple with custard and cream
💡 You can order the mini sandwiches on their website. Choose the “quarter cut” option. You’ll get two individually wrapped packages of two quarters each when you order a sandwich. There’s a $1 extra cost for this option.

@sandwich_house_tres sells Japanese sandos at reasonable prices. From savory to sweet, there is something for everyone. My bf and I had to pick up a selection for our road trip up to Van; this is what we got:

🖤 black sesame cream ($5.50)
🍤 fried shrimp ($6.50)
🫛 veggie croquette ($5.00)
🍓 Oreo strawberry ($5.50)

These were super tasty and filling, and have been our default trip treat since! Get there early for the best selection!
